Support Technician

Be the person our field users call. Keep crews moving when they are standing on a tank with a question.

About the role

Clearwell runs in the field. Our users are inspectors and technicians on job sites, often offline, often mid-inspection. When something blocks them, you are the first call.

You will troubleshoot the mobile app, the web platform, and the data flowing between them. You will onboard new crews, write the help content you wish existed, and turn repeated questions into permanent fixes by working directly with engineering.

What you'll do

  • Answer and resolve support requests across email, phone, and chat
  • Onboard new customers and train field crews on the platform
  • Reproduce bugs, document them well, and escalate to engineering
  • Maintain help docs and internal runbooks
  • Spot patterns in tickets and push for permanent fixes

Who you are

  • You explain technical things in plain language without talking down to anyone
  • You are patient with people and impatient with unsolved problems
  • You have done support, IT, field service, or QA work before
  • Knowing your way around tanks, inspection, or industrial field work is a bonus
