About the role
Clearwell sells to people who work on and around storage tanks. Inspection contractors. Construction and service contractors. The owners of the tanks themselves. Your job is to find them, reach them, and start conversations worth having.
You will run outbound across email, phone, and LinkedIn. You will work the lists we build from events and inbound traffic. You will qualify hard, book meetings for the sales team, and keep the pipeline honest.
What you'll do
- Research and build target lists of contractors and asset owners
- Run outbound sequences and follow up on inbound leads
- Qualify prospects and book discovery calls
- Work industry events and conferences alongside the team
- Keep CRM records clean and report what the market is telling you
Who you are
- You write clearly and you are comfortable on the phone
- You are organized enough to run fifty conversations without dropping one
- You want to learn an industrial market deeply, not skim it
- Prior SDR or BDR experience helps. Curiosity and follow-through matter more.
